Online Return and Exchange Policy
Customers may return any unused, unworn item. Items purchased online can be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed on the Return Policy Page. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original delivery date, minus shipping costs. Returns must include the original invoice number and the customer will receive a credit to their card after goods have been received by our facility.
ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy limits and meets ALL return requirements. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility (please keep return tracking number from shipping provider). Full Throttle Saloon does not assume responsibility for damaged items or lost packages during shipment.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Full Throttle Saloon. We do not refund shipping fees.
Currently the store is not operational and we cannot refund or exchange items.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of the package's original delivery.
