The 2012 Vicki Ballard Memorial Ride is dedicated to the memory of Michael's sister, Vicki Ballard. Vicki suffered with breast cancer for seven years and passed away in August following the 2010 Sturgis Rally. Vicki loved the Full Throttle Saloon and the people who come there.
